Rebel basketball begins season at home

  The basketball season is about to begin. 

   The first girl’s game is on Oct. 29. They are playing Saint Patricks Catholic School. The junior varsity won 35-33, and varsity lost 60-39 . 

   The goal for the season is to be more competitive and work on huslting. The girls are doing very good in practice. 

   Coach Charles Moore also said that the girls’ attitude has improved. 

   “Like I said, we’re trying to build a program,” said Moore. 

     The goal for this season is to win the district championship and go to playoffs. The boys are working hard to learn and understand the system. 

   The first boys and girls’ game is Novemeber 1 at 6:00 p.m. at home. They are playing against Pearl River Central.
