This week on the Rebel Rundown we have soccer and basketball recaps. 

Soccer

  In soccer, girls and boys played against Hancock at home. The girls won 8-1. The boys won 3-1.The boys and girls have played against Long Beach. The boys lost 0-1 and the girls 0-1. Pascagoula was a big win for soccer as it was the first game of the district. The girls won with a score of 4-0. The boys had a score of 3-1. Both teams traveled to Pearl River Central on Tuesday.The boys and girls won the game, the boys with the score being 1-0, and the girls 7-0. They will travel tonight to West Harrison for another district game. 

Basketball

   For basketball action the girls and boys played against Greene County at home. The girls lost 52-57; however, the boys won with the score of 51-49.  The girls have been improving with different strategies for their future games. They also played against Handcock with the girls winning 51-23. Another game that they played against was Stone County. The girls won with the score being 51-46.The boys have a district winning of 1-1. The girls won against East Central with the score being 38-36 with 30 seconds on the clock. The boys won 59-49 against East Central as well. Since the football season is over, the boys basketball team got their players back, and they believe that they will improve in their future games.The teams are playing in the Richton Rotary Tournament this week.
