The Lady Rebel basketball team is now under new leadership Coach Conswayla Bourne just moved here in June to take advantage of the opportunities she was offered at the high school.  

    This is Bourne’s fourth year as a teacher but her first year to teach special education. In addition to basketball and special education, she is also coaching track. Bourne graduated from Perry Central High School and went on to graduate from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor’s degree. 

    In her free time, Bourne loves to travel and her most recent adventure took her hiking in   Virginia. She is family oriented and always tries to look for the positive.“If you look for the negative you’ll find the negative, but if you look for the positive you’ll find the positive”, Bourne said.
