What are your goals for the position?

I would like to restore trust to the school board following the purchase of a building to house the district office and now the Pam Touchard lawsuit against the school board. These two items have really upset the GC community.

How will you bring about change and improvement to the school district?

What are your qualifications to run for this position?

After teaching science and computer classes for almost 28 years with the Pascagoula and GC school districts, I retired in 2016. During that time I worked with principals, assistant principal, fellow teachers, parents, and students to better the education process.

What personal information do you want voters to know about you? (family, education, etc.)

My husband, Bill, and I have been married for 52 years. We have lived in George County for 22 years. We have two sons and six grandchildren. I love to read, play golf, and walk.
